Meşəli, Goranboy
Meşəli (formerly known as Xarxaput (Armenian: Խարխապուտ) until 1998)[1] is a village in the municipality of Aşağı Ağcakənd in the Goranboy District of Azerbaijan.[2] The village had an Armenian majority prior to the First Nagorno-Karabakh war and Operation Ring.[3]
