Umudlu, Tartar
Umudlu (Armenian: Ակնաբերդ, romanized: Aknaberd, also Akanaberd and Akkana) is a village de jure in the Tartar District of Azerbaijan, de facto in the Martakert Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh. The village had an Azerbaijani majority prior to their expulsion during the First Nagorno-Karabakh war.[1] The village had 482 inhabitants in 2005.[2]
