Meiyang Chang
Meiyang Chang (born 6 October 1982) is an Indian actor, television host, singer, and dentist. He came to prominence as a contestant on the third season of the singing reality show Indian Idol in 2006, where he placed ninth. Following this he embarked on a acting career making his film debut with Badmaash Company (2009). He has also appeared in other prominent films, like; Detective Byomkesh Bakshy (2015), Sultan (2016), and Bharat (2019)

Early life
Meiyang is an alumnus of the De Nobili School (Dhanbad), Colonel Brown Cambridge School Dehradun and Wynberg Allen School Mussoorie.[1][2] Chang is a third generation Indian-Chinese, with roots in China's Hubei province. He is also a qualified dentist with a degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) from V.S. Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore.
