Orthetrum balteatum
Orthetrum balteatum is a freshwater dragonfly species in the family Libellulidae,[3][4] present in northern Australia and New Guinea.[1][5] The common name for this species is speckled skimmer.[6]

Orthetrum balteatum is a medium-sized, black dragonfly with yellow markings. The sides of its body are dark,[7] and it has clear wings without any coloured markings.[6]
