Qışlaq, Khojaly
Qışlaq (Gyshlag) or Tsaghkashat (Armenian: Ծաղկաշատ, also Keshish Kand and Kishlagkend) is a village de jure in the Khojaly District of Azerbaijan, de facto in the Askeran Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh.
