History
The medieval era, marble and stone church was built in a long church style in the mid-12th century, likely around the year 1187. The church seats about 200 people. The church is built of stone from local quarries and was designed in Romanesque style. The altarpiece is from 1678. The church suffered fire damage in 1899 and was rebuilt the following year. It was completely restored in the late 1950. [2] [3][4] [5]
