History
Shaw is situated in the traditional Wulgurukaba Aboriginal country.[3] The district was named on 27 July 1991.[2]
In the 2016 census, Shaw had a population of 550 people.[1]
St Benedict's Catholic School opened with 163 students in January 2018.[4]
Education
St Benedict's Catholic School is a Catholic primary (Prep-6) school at 890 Dalrymple Road (19.2868°S 146.7325°E).[5][6]
