Shoal Point is a headland at the north-east of the locality (21.0009°S 149.1577°E).[3][4]
History
In the 2016 census Shoal Point had a population of 977 people.[1]
Amenities
The Mackay Regional Council operates a mobile library service on a fortnightly schedule at O'Brien Esplanade.[5][6]
