BreakTudo Awards 2020

The 2020 BreakTudo Awards were held on October 24, 2020, in studio in Brasília. The ceremony was broadcast from Telemilênio Brasil.[1] The award recognized the great names of Brazilian and international music,[2] also names of TV and social media. Escarião was the host of the award ceremony and Anitta received the tribute "BreakTudo of Brazilian Pop Icon", in honor of her achievements in pop music in Brazil.[3] Francinne, MTK, RIELL and Gabi Martins are among the artists who performed.[4][5] On September 22, just a few days after polling started, the official Twitter profile of the award announced that the 50 million vote mark was hit.[6]

The complete list of nominees for the BreakTudo Awards 2020 was revealed on August 19, with presentation by Gerf Barone and Caio Tutik. Fans could vote from September 1 on the official website.[10] Winners were revealed on October 24, 2020.[11]
