Coaches

The 12941 / 42 Parasnath Express runs from Bhavnagar Terminus via Viramgam, Ahmedabad Junction, Vadodara Junction, Kota Junction, Agra Fort, Prayagraj Junction, Gaya Junction to Asansol Junction.[3]
Traction
As the route is partially electrified, all types of diesel locomotive powers the train up to Ahmedabad. Later, an Vadodara Junction based WAP-5 locomotive takes the reversed direction and pulls the train to its destination.
