Plagioneurus

Plagioneurus is a genus of long-legged fly in the family Dolichopodidae.[1][2] It contains only one species, Plagioneurus univittatus,[3][4][5][6] and is the only member of the subfamily Plagioneurinae.[2] The range of P. univittatus spans from the Eastern United States south to South America.[6]
