On 22 December 2020, Jokowi reshuffled this cabinet. Six ministers were replaced. The most notable figure joined the cabinet in this reshuffle is Sandiaga Uno. With his admission into the cabinet following his former running mate in 2019 presidential election Prabowo Subianto, this reshuffle was the first time in Indonesia's history that all former contestants of a single presidential election serves together in same cabinet.[2][3] All ministers are appointed and sworn on 23 December 2020. In addition of ministers replacement, five deputy ministers also appointed, with three of them are new deputy minister positions.[4]
